Our story
CF&B Communication, an independent financial communications agency and a leader in Europe, has organized the “MidCap Events®” for the last couple of decades.
Specialized in relations between listed companies and institutional investors, we organize one-to-one meetings during our events held in Europe every year.

Created in 1984 by Francis Bader, CF&B Communication was originally the first financial communications agency in Europe.
In the late nineties and thanks to this experience, the founder realized that the small and medium capitalizations were left behind, and designed an event concept dedicated to those.
The first MidCap Events® were born.
Francis Bader was a true pioneer and the MidCap Events® quickly became major, not-to-be-missed events in the financial sector.
Despite the financial turbulence in the past decade, CF&B Communication has managed to adapt its strategy to fulfill the needs of each participant.
